The characteristics of our apartment
Aurisa Apartment
The apartment is about 50 square meters large. It is accessed from the main door at number 280, where walking about 10 meters in the entrance hall you arrive at the main door located just opposite.
There are also two outdoor patios:
– the first is 55 square meters where there is a pergola, a lounge set and a table where you can enjoy whatever you want.
– The second is about 15 square meters and there are two wooden benches, ideal for staying in the cool.
Out of respect for accessibility to disabled people, it is correct to communicate that to get to the apartment you have to take 7 steps down and 7 up.

The apartment is complete with bathroom, kitchen and bedroom.
There is an excellent inverter air conditioner (cold / hot) located in the center of the house and 2 monitors, one 24-inch in the kitchen and one 28-inch in the bedroom. Both have access to Amazon Prime Video.
The bathroom is equipped with a bidet, a 70×100 shower tray, hand and shower soap dispensers, a 1600 watt hairdryer, mirrors and a chair.
The kitchen is equipped with a two-seater induction electric hob, a microwave oven, an electric oven, an electric kettle, an A MODO MIO brand capsule coffee machine, and a fridge. Cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, breakfast cups, pot and pan are included.
In the bedroom there is a double bed, and occasionally, an extra single bed with retractable closure. In the kitchen there is a sofa bed in slats, which always becomes an extra bed.
Your stay includes coffee in capsules and packaged tea bags. Sheets, pillows, towels, toilet paper, shower towel, liquid hand and shower soap are also included in the stay. For stays longer than 4 days, the delivery for the change of sheets and towels / shower towel takes place every 4 days. It is possible to request for a separate cost the cleaning of the apartment during your stay every 4 days, alternatively cleaning products are available inside the house.
For those who need a laundry, there is a launderette 100 meters from the apartment.
