It is the oldest theater in Bari: inaugurated way back in 1854, it was the first of the ten temples of entertainment that dotted the famous “theater mile” of the Apulian capital at the beginning of the last century. From the stalls it is possible to admire the royal box, the bedside table depicting a garden with ancient architecture and fountains, you are surrounded by bas-reliefs and gilded stuccos and if you look up you are immediately amazed by the sensational veil painted with scenes from Olympus.
